COLTENS BIRTHDAY

For Coltens birthday Herb gave us tickets to the Bucks game. The game was on Coltens birthday down in Salt Lake.

We were the only Buck fans at the game.

We had floor passes and were able to go down on the floor. The boys all got to high five the players as they came onto the court.

The kids were able to go sit where the team sits and hang out for awhile.

All Colten wanted for his birthday besides going to the basketball game was a unicycle. I think it is a lot harder than he thought it was going to be. Hopefully no one breaks any bones while trying to ride it.

October 2008

We took the boys hiking up to the red hills. It was a steep hike. Carsen hiked the whole way by himself he never even got tired.

While I was in Vegas with the girls Brian and the boys had a good time horseriding, riding motorbikes, and shooting guns. They were buzy having a good time.

The boys are all ready for Halloween at our house. They had a great time carving pumkins. We even saved the pumpkin seeds and cooked them.

This year Colten is a skeleton, Conner is going to be Harry Potter, Kade is a Ninja, and Carsen is Buzz Lightyear.

Fall at the Ranch

After begging us all summer, we finnally let Carsen ride his own horse. He was in Heaven as he rode all by himself. He couldn't stop grinning ear to ear.

Carsen likes to go out and help his dad with the horses while his brothers are at school.

Horse riding with the whole family.
Colten and I went rafting down the snake river with his school class.

Colten, Kade and Conners first day of School. Brian usually takes them in the morning and I go and pick them up in the afternoon. It usually takes us about 30 minutes to get there.
Grandma and Grandpa Cook and Todd and Liz and their family came up for Labor Day. We had a good time swimming and horse riding with them.
Kade and Brian are fishing up at the upper ranch.
All of the boys are becomming quite the fishermen. They like to fly fish in the river.Brian went hiking the Tetons the middle of September. They didn't quite make it to the top because it started to snow. Next year they plan on making it to the top of the Grand.

August Adventures 2008

Carsen loves to walk out and see the baby colts. Here he is sitting on one of them.

We went up to Yellowstone with Jackie and Kary. We did a few hikes. The highlight of the trip was swimming in the firehole river. Everyone had a great time swimming down the rapids.

While we were in Yellowstone we discovered that Old Faithful is not as faithful as it used to be. It was a little late.

Jackie and Kary went with us for a ride up to Grizzly Lake.
The kids were trying to work up enough courage to go and swim in the cold lake.

Carsen had fun playing with his cousin Luke.

Brian taking the boys, the dogs and Brody for a canoe ride.
The boys all had fun swimming with their cousins in the swimming pool.

What a Cutie!!!
